Sandi Shamdra - HEAD CHEF
Sandi came to us through a long journey from a small town in India. He attended a local Culinary school and became well seasoned after years of learning culinary traditions carried down from generation to generation.
Sandi began his local career as a sous chef in the prestigious Oberoi Hilton. After a few years he continued his path working as Chef at Morton's Steakhouse in Coral Gables for 10 Years.
Now he is going back to the cuisine he loves. Bringing back the dishes he made along side his mother so many years back.
Mario H - GENERAL MANAGER
As most great restaurant careers begin, Mario began as a dishwasher at Mint Leaf. Now he is the backbone of a restaurant he loves and wishes to share with you.
As a Cuban born native he is able to translate the language of flavors to first time Indian food eaters. No fear here, he will gently guided you in Indian fare and create a great dinning experience.
